This event has been organized to raise money for Come Alive Ministries, an outreach to Native Americans on the Pine Ridge Reservation in Wanblee, South Dakota. Thank you for your interest in participating!

Desired Booth Space

Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that selecting a specific booth size does not guarantee availability until payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance and will include details of your booth size.

Contract Agreement

I understand that booth fees are non-refundable I understand that set up is from 6-8 pm Fri. May 16 for indoor vendors and begins at 7 am Sat. May 17 for outdoor vendors I understand I must provide my own display fixtures, tables, chairs and tents (for outdoor vendors) I understand that this is a rain or shine event and there is no reschedule date I understand this is a church fundraiser. I agree to not sell anything that has foul or strong language, inappropriate innuendos or anything that is offensive in any way I understand that I may be asked to remove items that are displayed and/or sold if they do not comply with the rules. I understand this is at the discretion of the event organizers I understand that it is my responsibility to provide adequate change to my customers and if I do accept any other form of payment, that is between myself and the customer only I understand that I am responsible for cleaning up my area before I leave I understand it is my sole responsibility for the safety and security of my products, therefore I will not hold the church, Come Alive Ministries or the event organizers/staff responsible for any items that may be damaged or stolen
